Offering number 1: October 2025
Dear friends,
Last winter, many of you encouraged me along the way with your soup orders as I stepped back into the kitchen after a couple of years away. That little offering was water to seeds planted deep in my heart, and over the summer I’ve watched them begin to sprout. It was such a joy to nourish you through those colder months.
This October, I’m excited to share that Offerings of Abundance has grown into Seeds. I’m thrilled to say Seeds is now cooking out of a commercial kitchen.
With this new chapter, the offerings are expanding beyond soups—into snacks, freezer staples, and plant-based treats designed to make healthy eating easier all season long. And soon, there will be an incredible café opening here in town where you’ll be able to enjoy Seeds food every day, alongside a beautiful range of beverages. Stay tuned for more on the café opening, planned for November or December!
Finally, I’m now offering catering for parties, office gatherings, birthdays, weddings, and more. I would be delighted to cook for you and share Seeds with your community.

This month’s curated bundle is designed to stock your pantry and freezer with cozy, grounding foods for fall:
🥣 2 Seasonal Soups (1L each) — warming lentil & root veggie, creamy sweet potato, or Italian white bean minestrone
🌯 4 Freezer-Friendly Burritos — beans, rice, braised soy chunks, mole
🌰 2 Surprise Baked Treat — Could be banana bread, could be coffee cake, could be something completely different
🍪 1 Cookie Pack (6 cookies) — wholesome, plant-based treats for snacking
💲 Pricing & Pick-Up
Standard Box : $90
Family Box (Double Portions): $160
Delivery for $7-$15
Deposit for containers $5/container
Pick-up and delivery details will be shared once orders are confirmed.
Order deadline for the first round is October 7 2025

As we expand, we’re also improving how your food is packaged to better care for the earth:
♻️ Meals & Soups in Glass — Larger items like soups, stews, and meal prep dishes now come in deposit-based glass jars and containers. You’ll pay a small deposit when ordering, and receive it back when jars are returned — a truly circular system.
🌱 Snacks in Compostable Bags — Trail mix, mushroom jerky, dried fruit, and other snack-style items will arrive in compostable, earth-friendly bags.
This way, your pantry is stocked, your freezer is full, and your conscience is lighter.
