Hey!
Another week is upon us. The days are getting long and the air is filled with bright change; funny enough but this week, with the soups, I will be repeating the menu from last week. It’s the first time in 14 weeks with a repeat menu but these soups wont exactly be repeats, more like renditions.
These soups will be light and full of flavor and sure to be a great way to keep you going.

A Note about the Future
You can expect some changes to this offering with the arrival of the new season. I won’t say much for now—only that I won’t be cooking soups all summer, but I will be cooking something all summer.

A reminder about packaging
I have settled on some packaging to use for the foreseeable future. I have been trying to find what feels most harmonious and least impactful to the world we live in. I have found some really nice multi use containers. If you will reuse these, please keep them and do so. but if not, please give them back to me. These are not meant to be single use. You can use containers like this to organize your pantry, pack your lunch for work, mix paint, build a sand castle, a snow sculpture and many more things. Just please do not throw them out.
