Hello!
I hope this message finds each of you well. It truly feels like spring is upon us! I've been enjoying the seasonal shift and how it's inspiring changes in what I feel like cooking and eating. In the coming weeks, I look forward to sharing what summer cooking and offerings will look like from me — including where you’ll still be able to find soups once I transition from the current lineup for the season.
Thank you for being along for the ride. I really enjoyed last week’s soups, and I’m excited to bring some more flavor-packed lightness to the table this week.

A Note about the Future
You can expect some changes to this offering with the arrival of the new season. I won’t say much for now—only that I won’t be cooking soups in this format all summer, but I will be cooking something all summer.

A reminder about packaging
I have settled on some packaging to use for the foreseeable future. I have been trying to find what feels most harmonious and least impactful to the world we live in. I have found some really nice multi use containers. If you will reuse these, please keep them and do so. but if not, please give them back to me. These are not meant to be single use. You can use containers like this to organize your pantry, pack your lunch for work, mix paint, build a sand castle, a snow sculpture and many more things. Just please do not throw them out.
