Hi everyone,
First off, I want to thank you all for your support and interest in what I’m creating. Choosing to build this business outside of mainstream social media might seem unconventional, but it’s a decision I deeply believe in—and I’m stoked that so many of you resonate with it. My goal is to bring something nourishing and harmonious to the people of Whitehorse, and to me, there’s no better way than growing organically through word of mouth.
Soup is just the beginning. Over time, I’ll be expanding the offerings—more plant-based goodness, more creativity, all in harmony with this precious earth.
A quick note on my food philosophy: I’m a playful cook who draws inspiration from a vast array of influences. My food is authentic to me and my journey—it is not strictly authentic to India, Thailand, Mexico, or any of the other destinations we’ll explore through flavors. Each dish is one of a kind. While I revisit flavors and techniques, every kitchen session is an open space for exploration, guided by past experiences but never confined to them.
